SCRIBIENT IS NOT A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. ALL CLINICAL DECISIONS REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRIBIENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
