Core is self-service — you get the full AI documentation engine and can connect your own EHR. Pro is fully managed — we cover your AdvancedMD EHR license ($999/provider value), handle onboarding, and provide a dedicated notes helper that does the heavy lifting for you.
Does Pro really include AdvancedMD?
Yes. At the $999/mo Pro plan, we cover the cost of your AdvancedMD EHR license — normally $999 per provider. You get the full EHR at no additional charge, fully set up and integrated by our team.
What is the dedicated notes helper?
The dedicated notes helper is included with Pro and handles documentation tasks on your behalf — managing note workflows, flagging follow-ups, and ensuring every encounter is captured accurately. It's the hands-on support layer that makes Pro a done-for-you experience.
Can Core users still connect AdvancedMD?
Yes. Core supports self-service EHR connections, including AdvancedMD. You just bring your own license and configure the integration yourself. Pro is for practices that want us to handle all of that.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?

How does Concierge billing work?
Concierge requires a Pro subscription ($999/mo) as a base. The $20/visit fee is billed monthly based on your actual visit volume.
What EHR systems do you support?
We have full integration with AdvancedMD, included at no cost on the Pro plan. Epic, Cerner, and athenahealth integrations are coming soon.
